Alexei Ratmansky's superb staging of Don Quixote for the Dutch National Ballet/Het Nationale Ballet was premiered in Amsterdam in February 2010 and returns to the stage eight years later. Scenery and costume design by Jérôme Kaplan; lighting design by James F. Ingalls. The premiere cast of the revival run was photographed at the Muziektheater in Amsterdam (9 February 2018): Maia Makhateli as Kitri, Daniel Camargo as Basilio, Sasha Mukhamedov as Queen of the Dryads, Riho Sakamoto as Cupid, Vito Mazzeo as Gamache, Nicolas Rapaic as Don Quixote, Aya Okumura and Naira Agvanean as Flower girls.
